When one of our long standing clients got in touch to say they needed nearly two dozen hire vehicles to go to a remote alpine village for a shoot lasting nearly 6 weeks we said "no problem". By coordinating with multiple suppliers we were able to organise hire vehicles in Germany and austria for the crew, contributors and talent.

Working with three prestigious Formula E teams Locker 9 offered a full bespoke service including sourcing and booking vehicles and providing on the ground assistance and management. Through our diligence Locker 9 were able to shut down 9 out 9 damage claims made erroneously against our clients saving them thousands of euros.

Working again with multiple teams and outside companies providing services to guests and attendants. Locker 9 was able to organise multiple hire vehicles ranging from sedans up to 12 seaters, airport transfers and luxury Mercedes sprinter transfers for VIP guests on an hourly basis for their daily journeys to and from the circuit. for the duration of the event locker 9 was able to provide real time support and co-ordination with all of the suppliers assisting with the event and implementing real time the changes as requested by our clients.

Partnering with multiple production crews assisting with their coverage of the 2024 Paris olympics with hire cars, hire vans and transfers from train stations and airports. Despite the major disruption caused by multiple security factors locker 9 was able to adapt quickly to ever changing plans and provide a seamless service to our clients.

In February 2025 we partnered with one of biggest clients for our largest project to date. We provided airport transfer solutions (coaches and cars) in the UK and at destination in Miami, as well as multiple hire cars, vans and SUVs for the crew. For the talent and contributors we sourced VIP transfers and chauffeurs including a bespoke request for Sprinter Limo’s on an hourly basis. Locker 9 provided 24/7 round the clock support and management to the production team for every and any request.

In February 2025 we supplied ground transport solutions for the E1 race in Doha, providing upwards of 145 transfers and chauffeurs for the teams, support personnel, VIPs and C-Suite executives. Over the course of two weeks Locker 9 coordinated with local suppliers and managed the E1 transport from the airport to hotels, daily transfers to the races and then at the end of the event taking all personnel back to the airport for departure.

Locker 9 attended both the Creators Cup and E-Prix providing transport solutions on the ground in Miami for our Formula E clients. Our services included provided 12 seaters minibuses, VIP luxury SUVs, cheap and cheerful run-arounds and airport transfers! James and Sarah were on the ground to deliver our VIP meet and greet service, ensuring none of our clients were stuck waiting around at the airport but were on the road nice and quick!

In April and May 2025 Locker 9 partnered with one of the biggest names in television to provide the transport in the UK and in Spain for a massive production lasting nearly three weeks on location in the South of Spain. Amongst our services we provided commercial vans from the UK with cover to travel to the continent and back, airport transfers and 25 hire cars from three different suppliers including airport pick ups, and hotel deliveries.

In August 2025 Locker 9 was called upon to provide transport solutions for a concert taking place in the South of England. Included in the service package that we offered airport transfers across NYC, LA and the UK to bring guests to the concert. Luxury minibuses for band transport, coaches for daily crew transport and chauffeurs for the VIP guests moving between the hotel and the concert locations. The Locker 9 team managed and coordinated the event live on the ground for the duration ensuring everything ran smoothly.

In September 2025 it was our absolute pleasure to deliver a world class transportation package for staff working at the BMW PGA Golf Championship at the historic Virgina Water. Within the service we delivered were 17 × 15 seater minibuses, and daily shuttle transportation to and from site from early in the morning until late at night along. On the ground overseeing smooth delivery was our Event Delivery Manager; Sarah, who stayed onsite throughout the week handling any changes and curveballs that were thrown our way.

There are few places more stunning to shoot a large scale TV Production that in Ibiza! Locker 9 was of course thrilled to be asked to deliver a transportation package of approximately 100 vehicles for cast and crew; not only on location but in the UK to get to and from the airport. As well as airport transfers and coaches, we also supplied 6 - 9 VIP Chauffeur drivers to be used 12+ hours a day by the cast and crew to facilitate easy movement around the island.

One place that Locker 9 had definitely not been before was Lagos, Nigeria. But nonetheless we answered the call from one of our longest standing clients and our Director was first in the queue to take on this once in a lifetime opportunity. In October 2025 E1 made history with its inaugural African race and we are proud to be a part of it. We were brought in to help manage the arrivals and departures process for nearly 300 race teams and staff working in conjunction with security personnel and the Nigerian Federal Aviation Authority to ensure maximum safety and maximum efficiency when travelling to and from this very unique country!
